Frequently asked questions
Nagsusukli ba ang eTap machine?
Ang eTap machine ay hindi nagsusukli. Ang sobrang amount o sukli ay napupunta sa MySukli account ng customer.
Hindi pumasok ang top-up/bills payment/load transaction ko. Saan ako pwede humingi ng tulong? Anong mga detalye ang kailangan ko ibigay?
Sa mga transaction concerns ng customer, mag message sa aming Facebook page: eTapCares upang ma assist agad (Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm) at ibigay ang mga sumusunod na detalye:
1. Mobile number used for the transaction
2. Location of the kiosk
3. Biller/ Merchant (Ex. GCash, Maya, Manynilad, etc.)
4. Amount
5. Photo of the receipt
6. Specific concern
Paano gamitin ang MySukli?
STEP 1: Select transaction Top-up.
STEP 2: Select Gcash.
STEP 3: Enter other gcash account number select confirm once mobile # is entered.
STEP 4: Select amount or enter amount.
STEP 5: Select MySukli button.
STEP 6: Enter the 6 digit pin that you received from eTap via SMS and select 'Confirm'.
STEP 7: Wait for the screen to show "Transaction complete. Thank you for using eTap".
Hindi naglabas ng resibo ang machine pagkatapos ng transaction ko. Saan ako pwede humingi ng soft copy o kopya ng resibo ng aking transaction?
Maari kang humingi ng kopya ng iyong resibo sa pamamagitan ng pag-send ng message sa aming Facebook page: eTapCares mula Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm. Ibigay lamang ang detalye ng iyong transaction.
